1, graphite gasket

Flat gasket made of soft graphite, suitable for high temperature, strong corrosive media.

2, metal gasket

There are three main types:

1) Octagonal and oval gasket -- suitable for trapezoidal groove flange sealing surface;

2) The tooth is processed on the sealing surface of the metal flat gasket, which is suitable for the high and low flange sealing surface;

3) Lens pad -- suitable for lens flange sealing surface.

The metal gasket has pure iron, extremely mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials.

The machining accuracy and roughness of metal gasket sealing surface are very high, and the bolt compression force is very high. It is used in high temperature and high pressure valves.

3, metal coated graphite gasket

It is made of thin metal coated ring asbestos gasket. Usually used on high and low flange sealing surfaces. Valves for higher temperatures and pressures.

4. Surround gasket

It is surrounded by corrugated metal tape and sealed data tape. There are steel belt - asbestos, steel belt - ptfe, steel belt - flexible graphite and so on. Usually used for high-low flange sealing surfaces. Suitable for medium pressure valves at higher temperatures.

5, ptfe gasket

Usually used for tenon groove sealing surface, mainly ptfe and ptfe glass fiber clip two kinds of data. Suitable for low temperature and various pressures of strong corrosive media.

6. Asbestos rubber gasket(CAF)

Suitable for lubrication flange sealing face, high and low flange sealing face and tenon groove flange sealing face. Advantages are good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, good plastic surface, with a small compression force to ensure sealing. Defect is low strength, easy to stick to the flange sealing surface. Asbestos rubber gasket has omnipotent asbestos board, anticorrosive asbestos board, usually with asbestos board, acid resistant asbestos board, oil resistant asbestos board, clip a variety of materials such as asbestos board metal wire. Medium pressure valves for high temperature applications.
